DISCLAIMER:
We are not lawyers, financial advisors, bankers, marketing agents, nor are we offering to represent our clients publicly in the capacity of ownership nor management of our clients' private endeavor. We are exclusively a consulting firm for operations, operational strategy, and anything to do with operations including but not limited to maintenance, upkeep, cleaning, operations management, and client-guest interactions, especially in relation to the interaction between interdepartmental chokepoints, voids, and inefficiencies in those operations.
Privacy Policy
All information provided to Unity is between the client (you) and Unity (us).
::Subcontractors::
We reserve the right to use subcontractors such as media experts, marketing experts, contractors, or other professionals, experts, or firms needed or required to contribute their requisite expertise for the purpose of case work only.

Any and all information provided to Unity by the client provided to subcontractors, partners, assistants, or experts contributing to or necessary or required in order to receive a positive final result for our clients will be secured and will only be used in the casework agreed to by the client.

::Reporting Legal Issues::
Any legal issues presented or discovered in the performance of our duties under agreement with the client will incur an emergency meeting and the information will be shared with the client and their team and a path forward will be discussed from that point. The client will be given a chance to remedy whatever the issue found is within a reasonable timeframe as prescribed by law.

Where required by law, if the client refuses to make the appropriate corrections we are required to report any elicit activities whether intentional or not to the appropriate authorities.​​

::Non-Disclosure::
At Unity we completely understand that as a consulting firm your private information you provide to us is our responsibility in as much as is reasonably possible to protect using standard protections such as cyber-security and document handling.
In order to facilitate our services, certain personal and private information is provided by the client in order to help create actionable plans based on the provided information. This information will remain private and no information will be shown publicly, online, or in private with any other party other than the client, their concern, or with their express permission or having been heavily redacted all personal and business information.

Due to the sensitive nature of consulting, which can often times be somewhat embarrassing, we agree not to share your personal information publicly within the confines of the law. We do, however, reserve the right to use representations, stories, examples, and anecdotes related to your case in order to show other prospective clients the effectiveness of our system and services. Where applicable we may use images, likenesses, communications, and other media to represent our offerings without sharing your business name or the names of employees or private case-specific information. If documents are shown, names and business information will be redacted unless given express permission or within the confines of the service agreement or any addendum or other agreement(s) should they outline a specific policy and is agreed to by both parties.

Should the client wish to share their story, a release form will be provided in order to give permission for the use of their names, business name, and other private information related to the services provided to the client in order to share.
